Four and a half years ago FIBERCORR hired PAPYRUS INC. based in Westerville, Ohio, USA and (which is specializes in promoting and applying scientific principles in t he paper industry) to analyze and optimize our two papermachine headboxes operation.

With a few modifications of the headboxes process settings and no capital investment, FIBERCORR was able to increase compressive strength of its products instantly between 20% to 30%. It also continuously maintained the recommended settings through PAPYRUS'S landmark HEADBOX PROCESS SETTING RELAXATION TABLES.

As a result of this analysis, along with other in-house upgrades by
FIBERCORR, the machines were able to increase their production output approximately 50%.

Following a continuous improvement program, FIBERCORR later requested analysis of its Refining operation to cope with the increase in production while maintaining the high quality of its products.

PAPYRUS INC. in association with SINGLE KEYSTROKE INC. analyzed the Refining operation based on their Exclusive Computer Program which takes into account the latest scientific principles in the Refining mechanism.

As a result, they were able to pin point bottle necks in the Refining operation which are normally overlooked. To help maintain the uniformity of products and anticipate problems which might otherwise take place, PAPYRUS and SINGLE KEYSTROKE developed for us REFINING RELAXATION TABLES to guide the operation.

FIBERCORR is pleased with the results, and the dedication which has been put forward by PAPYRUS and SINGLE KEYSTROKE. For this reason, I strongly recommend other mills to take advantage of their scientific techniques that take away the guesswork which is normally practiced in the paper industry.
